Your legal 14-day right of withdrawal (EU law) starting from the day you receive your mattress, and
Our Mytras 30-day trial, so you can sleep on it at home and still decide it’s not for you
Within these 30 days you can return your mattress if you’re not satisfied.
Our Return Policy applies to:
Mytras mattresses only
Bought directly from mytras.nl
Used in a private household in the Netherlands
We ask that the mattress is:
Used with reasonable care (with a sheet or protector)
Clean and undamaged (no heavy stains, tears, mould or strong odours)
Used on a proper, supportive bed base
If the mattress is clearly heavily soiled or damaged, we may refuse the return or deduct a reasonable amount from your refund.
To start a return, simply fill in the Return Request form on this page:

Add a short message (for example: “30-day trial return” or describe any problem)
After you send the form:
Our team will review your request
We’ll contact you by email with next steps and pick-up details
We’ll also let you know if any return costs apply

Once we have received and inspected your mattress, we process your refund.
We refund you within 14 days after you told us you want to withdraw (at the latest, once we have the mattress back or proof of return).
Refunds are made via the same payment method you used for the order, unless we agree another method together.
